Registration opens Monday, February 15.

$20 per individual
$16 per person (Groups of 25 or more)
$10 per child 12 and under
Entry fees are non-refundable.
GROUP REGISTRATION DETAILS
- At least 25 group members required. To qualify as a “Group,” you must have at least 25 participants and all must be age 13 or older. If a group has less than 25 members, it will not qualify for the group rate. The group leader will be notified if this is the case. If additional entries are not received in 24 hours from notification, the group will be dissolved and all entries will be treated as individual entries.
- Children 12 and under are not eligible for the Group rate.
- Entry fee discount for Group members. The per-person entry fee for each group member is only $16 – that is a $4 savings off the individual entry fee!
- Group Leader must obtain a Group Number. To form a Group, one person must be designated as the Group Leader and he or she must obtain a special Group registration number from the Grand Floral Walk registration administrator, Kim Terry at pdqemail@aol.com, before submitting any Group entries.
- How to get a Group Number. The Group Leader must send an e-mail requesting a Group Registration Number to Kim Terry. Her e-mail address is: pdqemail@aol.com.
- Give the Group Number to each group member. Group members who register online must provide the special Group Registration Number when prompted. Doing so will ensure that each group member is assigned to the correct group and receives the group discount price.
- Group online entry deadline. All Group members must have all their entries submitted no later than 11:59 PM PT on Monday, May 24. A small transaction fee per person will apply.
- Each Group member will be responsible for picking up their own shirt and bib number at Registration on event morning.
- Groups can also enter by mail. But, entries for ALL group members must be submitted together in one envelope and must be received no later than Monday, May 24. Please notify Kim Terry if you want to register your group by mail.
- Groups must use ONE entry method. If a Group is registering online, ALL group members must register online. If a group is entering by mail, all group members must enter by mail and all the entries must be submitted together.

Mail-in receipt deadline: June 2. Mail in entrants will pick up their walk number and T-shirt at packet pick-up on event morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Will Call tent at the formation area at NW 2nd and Flanders. Entry confirmation will be sent via e-mail to all accepted participants.
