REGISTRATION
You can REGISTER at the event Saturday morning, June 11, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at NW 2nd and Flanders (in Portland, Oregon).
ENTRY FEE:
$20 per individual
$16 per person (Groups of 10 or more)
$10 per child -- ages 7 to 12 (children 6 and under are FREE)
(Entry fees are non-refundable)
Group Registration Details
- To qualify as a Group, you MUST have at least 10 participants, age 13 or older. (If a group has less than 10 members, it will NOT qualify for the group rate. The group leader will be notified if this is the case.) If additional entries are not received in 24 hours from notification, the group will be dissolved and all entries will be treated as individual entries.
NOTE: Children 12 and under are not eligible for the Group rate.
- Entry fee discount for Group members. The per-person entry fee for each group member is only $16 (that's a $4 savings off the individual entry fee!).
- Your Group Leader's NAME must be on all entry forms for your group. To form a Group, one person must be designated as the Group Leader -- and that name must be on each form when submitting any Group entries.
- Give the Group Leader's NAME to EACH group member. Group members who register online must provide the Group Leader's name when prompted. Doing so will ensure that each group member is assigned to the correct group and receives the group discount price.
- Group online entry deadline. All Group members must have all their entries submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, June 1. A small transaction fee per person will apply.
- Each Group member will be responsible for picking up their own shirt and bib number at Registration on event morning.
- Groups can also enter by standard mail. However, entries for ALL group members must be submitted TOGETHER (in one envelope) and must be received no later than Wednesday, June 1. Please notify Kim Terry if you want to register your group by mail.
- Groups must use ONE entry method, ONLY. If a Group is registering online, ALL group members must register online. If a group is entering by mail, all group members must enter by mail (and all the entries must be submitted together).

Mail-in receipt deadline: June 1. Mail in entrants will pick up their walk number and T-shirt at packet pick-up on the event morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Will Call tent at the formation area at NW 2nd and Flanders. Entry confirmation will be sent via email to all accepted participants.
